Admission of New Students in Class IV (Four)
Minimum Requirement for Admission

The applicant needs to pass the Half yearly or Second Terminal Examination of grade III with at least 50% marks from a school recognized by Government of Nepal.
The age of applicant should be between 8 to 10 years.
He/She should pass all the papers of Written Exam and get selected in competition. He/She should also successfully go through interview and general medical check up.
Documents to be Submitted
One photocopy of mark sheet of half yearly or Second Terminal Exam of grade 3 and a character certificate mentioning the age of the student.
An approval letter of being the child of army personnel (if required).
A photo copy of pension patta for the children of Ex-army personnel.
2 copies of recent passport sized photographs.

Special Arrangement
The Mahavidyalaya has planned to add one section of civilian children from class four to seven.
The Mahavidyalaya has also arranged some seats for the children of those army personnel who got killed while performing their duties.

Note:
According to the present arrangement only one child of army personnel and Mahavidyalaya staff can study in the Mahavidyalaya.
Quotas for Admission of Students
Out of total number 60% is for Army and 40% for Civilian.
60% of Army quota is again divided into
15% for officer
25% for JCO
60% for other ranks


Admission of New Students in Class XI (Eleven)
Minimum Requirement for Admission
For Army Quota

Science: The applicant needs to pass S.L.C or an equivalent exam with 55% in average by securing 55 marks in English, Maths and Science each.

Arts & Management (+2) : The applicant needs to pass S.L.C. or an equivalent exam with 50% in average by securing at least 45 marks in English.

For the Civilian Quota
Science: The applicant needs to pass S.L.C or an equivalent exam with 65% in average by securing 60 marks in English, Maths and Science each.
Arts & Management (+2): The applicant needs to pass S.L.C or an equivalent exam with 55% in average by securing at least 50 marks in English.
Documents to be Submitted
One photocopy of applicant�s S.L.C. Mark Sheet and Character Certificate.
Original copy of approval letter of being the child of army personnel
A photo copy of pension patta for the children of Ex-army personnel.
One copy each of recent auto sized photo and passport sized photo.
Similar rules for admission are applied to the SLC graduates from BSAM.
Note:
According to the present arrangement only one child of army personnel and Mahvidyalaya staff can study in the Mahavidyalaya.
OMSP, Accountancy and Economics are the optional subjects in Management (+2).
English, Maths, Economics, Geography and Political Science are the optional subjects in Arts.
